Terms and Conditions
1. Booking Appointments
• All appointments must be booked in advance.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring their contact details are accurate when booking.
2. Payment
• Payment is due at the time of the appointment unless otherwise agreed.
• Some sessions may require a deposit to secure the booking.
3. Cancellation Policy
• Late Cancellations: Any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be fully charged.
• No-Show Appointments: If you do not attend your appointment without notice, you will be charged the full session fee.
• Charges for late cancellations and no-shows must be paid before any future appointments can be booked.
4. Late Arrival
• If you arrive late, your session will still finish at the scheduled time, and the full fee will apply.
5. Health & Medical Information
• Clients must inform the therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, or changes in health before the session.
• The therapist reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
6. Client Conduct
• Any inappropriate behaviour will result in the immediate termination of the session, and the full fee will be charged.
• The therapist maintains a professional environment at all times.
7. Therapist Obligations
• The therapist will maintain client confidentiality and provide treatment within their professional scope and training.
• If the therapist is unwell or unable to attend, the appointment will be rescheduled without charge.
8. Liability
• Clients participate in massage therapy at their own risk.
• The therapist is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from withheld information or failure to follow professional advice.
9. Agreement
By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
